Two Ways to Raise Money
Option 1 – Full Fee Model
Pay the Octet’s full performance fee and keep 100% of all ticket and sponsorship sales, plus a share of merchandise profits.
Option 2 – Shared Revenue Model
Pay a partial fee up front and share a percentage of ticket and sponsorship sales until the Octet’s full fee is reached. After that, your organization keeps 100% of all additional ticket and sponsorship sales. This model minimizes upfront cost while still generating substantial proceeds. Once the full fee is reached, share a percentage of merchandise profits.
Example Goal: $25,000
If you create sponsorship levels such as:
• Platinum – $7,500
• Gold – $5,000
• Silver – $2,500
• Bronze – $1,000
Then just two Platinum, one Gold, and two Silver sponsors can meet your $25K goal before ticket sales are even counted!

The Cost of the Esteban Ramirez Octet
In addition to a reasonable base fee for the musicians, the overall performance fee includes necessary travel-related expenses such as airfare, lodging, car rental, and meals.
To help minimize these costs, Esteban hires musicians locally whenever possible, so only he and his two-person production team typically require travel and lodging. Significant savings can be realized if your organization fully manages merchandise sales during the event, allowing a greater portion of proceeds to benefit your cause.
