Host a Concert to Raise Revenue for Your Nonprofit Organization

Expanding Your Mission's Reach Through the Arts
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to raise money for your church or nonprofit organization? Tap into your community’s love of live music by hosting a concert with The Esteban Ramirez Octet, a captivating ensemble led by acclaimed neoclassical pianist, composer, poet, and AI-digital illustrator Esteban Ramirez, who transforms his artistry into a theatrical storytelling journey across the landscape of life.
A concert with the Octet not only raises essential revenue for your organization, it also gives your current supporters a shared artistic experience that deepens their connection to your mission. The blend of cinematic chamber-style music, spoken-word poetry, and visual art creates a heartfelt atmosphere that reminds them why they believe in your work and inspires renewed enthusiasm for your cause.
This type of event also opens your doors to new audiences. Esteban’s emotionally rich and universally relatable artistry draws in people who may not yet be familiar with your organization. By welcoming them into a warm and uplifting environment, you introduce your mission in a way that feels inviting, inspiring, and memorable.
These three benefits work together to strengthen your foundation, broaden your reach, and support the long-term health of your organization. Supporters old and new leave with a meaningful experience that fosters deeper engagement and lays the groundwork for lasting relationships.
Pairing your mission with this multidimensional performance creates an unforgettable evening that enriches your community, expands your circle of supporters, and raises the funds you need to move your work forward.
Concert Fee: The Simple Breakdown
Here’s how the fee structure works. The concert fee, which covers essentials like travel/airfare, lodging, the cost of musicians, car rentals, and food, is paid in three easy parts.
-
25% payable when organization signs the contract,
-
25% payable 90 days before the concert,
-
final 50% payable within 30 days after the concert.
-
Organization receives 10% of net merchandise proceeds after taxes and shipping expenses have been deducted.
To help minimize these costs, Esteban hires musicians locally whenever possible, so only he and his two-person production team typically require travel and lodging. The above is a clear and simple structure that ensures everyone has time to raise the revenue needed and make the required commitments for a successful concert—so that you can focus on enjoying the music and the cause.

Organizations are strongly encouraged to prioritize sponsorships as part of their fundraising plan. Ticket sales are wonderful, but sponsorships are the real game-changer.
Sponsorships allow you to work smarter, not harder, by engaging your key supporters in a way that amplifies both your revenue and your reach. Each sponsorship level comes with its own set of benefits—such as premium seating, recognition in event materials, or exclusive meet-and-greet opportunities—designed to deepen relationships with your most dedicated supporters. The higher the sponsorship level, the more thoughtfully these benefits are designed to nurture those connections.

The Power of Sponsorships
Example Goal: $25,000
If you create sponsorship levels such as:
• Platinum – $7,500
• Gold – $5,000
• Silver – $2,500
• Bronze – $1,000
Then just two Platinum, one Gold, and two Silver sponsors can meet your $25K goal before ticket sales are even counted!

Responsibilities
Your organization's role:
-
Venue and audio visual needs
-
Piano and tuning
-
Ticket and sponsorship sales
-
Setting up the online ticketing and sponsorship portal to collect funds. This option is strongly recommended because it makes it very easy to share the link across email, websites, social media advertising, and community listings. If an online portal is not preferred, there must be a clear alternative, such as a phone number, website, or email address where people can purchase tickets and sponsorships through credit cards.
-
Marketing and promotion
-
Event staffing and setup, including piano placement, chairs for musicians, and other logistical details
The Octet's Role

You will also receive access to promotional photos and videos and you'll be provided with an image design customized to your event that you can use in your marketing materials.
Social Media Advertising &
Community Calendar Listings
When appropriate, Esteban coordinates a targeted social media advertising campaign within your community to help boost attendance and visibility. Additionally, his team lists the concert in your free local community calendar listings.

Save More Through Regional Partnerships
There are effective ways to reduce the travel costs associated with bringing The Esteban Ramirez Octet to your city. One of the best strategies is to partner with another organization that would like to host its own fundraiser featuring the Octet.
For this type of partnership to work, the second event must take place at least a two-hour drive away (preferably no more than three hours) from yours AND be held the day before or the day after your concert. This criterion is essential, since it ensures that each concert reaches a distinct audience. When two events are routed this way, both organizations share the travel expenses for Esteban and his two-person production team, which significantly reduces travel costs while allowing each host to serve its own community.
You are welcome to recommend a potential partner organization. If you don’t have one in mind, Esteban’s team will gladly search for an appropriate option. If a suitable partner is secured, the shared travel savings are passed directly on to both hosts, creating a smart and collaborative way to make your event more cost-effective and your impact even greater.
