Visual Art
Esteban’s visual art emerges directly from the expressive world of his music. Working in both digital media and traditional hand-painted techniques, he translates the moods, symbols, and emotional currents of his compositions into visual form. Each illustration corresponds to a specific piece of music and its companion poem, offering a window into the world the music inspires.
In Ramirez’s visiopoetic practice, the medium varies from work to work. Some illustrations are created digitally through a hands-on process of artistic direction, experimentation, refinement, and editing. Others are created traditionally with paint and brush, allowing the imagery to take shape directly through the brush in his hand. In both approaches, the work is guided by the same artistic vision and by the emotional and symbolic landscape of the music and poetry.
In performance, these visuals appear on a large screen as the music and poetry unfold, inviting audiences to experience the work simultaneously through sound, language, and image.
